Join us for an educational experience! Our classes are a guided and seated tasting with focused instruction of each cheese! All classes include 7 cheese types, additional accoutrements (bread, olives, jams, nuts), wine and/or beer pairing, a tasting menu, and your very own cheese log book to keep track of your future cheese adventures! Cheese 101: An Introduction to the 7 styles of cheese
June 21 6pm Thursday- we will taste through 7 styles of cheese from all over the world while learning about each style. This class gives a great foundation upon which to build your cheese knowledge. $25/person
Cheese Pairing: how does it work?
July 13 6pm Friday- curious about how to shop for pairings that work? Join us for a workshop where we taste and discuss different types of pairings (sweet & salty, creamy & bubbly, etc) and take home the tips and tricks that will help you throw flawless dinner parties! $25/person
French Cheese: oui oui!
July 27 6pm Friday- similar to our foundational 101 class, this class will taste through 7 styles of cheese, but we will focus only on French fromage! Learn the details and particulars about French cheeses: how, where, since when... While we taste through the beverages designed to pair with them! $25/person
Water Buffalo Milk: a total immersion
August 8 6pm Wednesday- in this class we will taste through various styles of cheese all made with water buffalo milk! The sweetest of all milk types, you will be amazed at the variety and delicious nature of them all! 25/person
Washed-rind Cheeses: the stinky bunch
August 24 6pmFriday- what are washed-rind cheeses? When and where were they developed? What makes them so spectacular? In this class we will taste through a variety of washed-rind cheeses from all over the world while learning about their interesting cultural history. $25/person
